When answering this call, no one answers on the incoming side. The call lasts about 5 - 10 seconds and then disconnects. Redialing leads to a message that the extension 1003 is not available.

We then received shipping instructions to ship via EXPRESS LANE SHIPPING COMPANY LTD, contacted us and asked for us to pay them by wire transfer to Ghana . According to the expresslaneshi­ppingcompanylt­d.com they are in Maryland, but the phone number listed is this one in Tucson, AZ. Needles­s to say, we refunded the credit card payment.
