Anonymous Possible scammed, only thing guy says is "can you hear me?", nothing else and repeats question

Caller ID only said Tucson. Caller didn't leave a voicemail.

Missed the call and called back twice. My call was disconnected in one second each time I tried to connect. Annoying.

This number contacted me and threatened to send papers within 24 hours to dispute what they see as a debt owed to Cash Net USA. I did not pull out a lone from them but yet they have my name and date of birth in their database. The number they told me to call back is 520-448-***9. It's an Arizona zip code. Who has had a similar experience to mine?

iPhone User They called my cell, I didn't answer. According to 1800Notes.com, they are a spammer.

Karen Walker Hard to know if they're a spammer or not. They keep calling, **** up after one ring. When I call back a recording says it's no longer in service. Define Spammer.

RAS Been receiving calls from this number, but they never leave a msg on answering ma****e. Today, I picked up the call, but, no reply when I said "Hello!". After I said*****o three times, still silence on the other end,... they caller ***g up. Mysterious.
