Telemarketer for insurance companies they call for five times a day

Mike Got a call from them saying that they were from my credit card. They did not identify the card or bank. Then went into a spiel about reducing my interest rate to 6.7% if I only responded to them on my phone. Since this is an obvious scam I ***g up before they went any further into the scam.

I want to know the name of the owner of this phone number
