BBB contacted South West Travel and spoke with an agent from Hoffman Sims. The agent was unable to disclose their affiliation with South West Travel and couldn't provide BBB with a Tucson address.

I also just got my letter...interesting how "personalable" Denise makes her letters.  Just another SCAM, I'm sure...

Just got my letter.  That Denise Long sure gets around.  Reverse directory shows the number as unpublished in Casa Grande.  Its probably that big call center up there.

Let the people at the 843-264-7055 know what happens.  We all received the same thing just a different phone number to call.

Got a hand addressed, no return address envelope w/ letter from HOFFMAN SIMS telling me I "qualified" for 2 R/T tix anywhere and that they had tried "several" times to contact me without success. Listed this phone # and signed by a Denise Long from Travel Awards Division. Called them on a Sunday to ask for "Denise Long" and got a busy signal. Will try a***n on Monday just for laughs.
