Guy calls pretending to be an old friend, asking how you are and what you are up to, so you divulge info about yourself, which they then harvest to sell.  This time, the guy's name was Brian, and he said he was from Western Tool Supply.(probably fake) They sell nothing over the phone. They simply listen to what you have to say, egging you on the entire time, so you divulge more and more personal info, which they harvest and resell. They are based somewhere out in Tuscon Arizona.If they call and **** up, they have done this to someone you know, who in turn gave them your phone number, and they are verifying the info. They make more money if the info they sell is validated and correct.

I was told that I had been entered in a sweepstakes by my credit card company. I evidently was eligible to win $25,000 and/or a cherry red convertible mustang. On top of that there is several magazines that they throw in from different publishers that last for 48 months (4 years) and there is only one that you need to pay for. I'm always very cautious about solicitor phone calls as I have excellent credit and do not need my bank accounts stolen or anything like that so I paid very close attention and wrote everything down that they said. It believe it to be legit however as everything seemed to check out, but if I don't receive what I was promised but the end of the week I will repost and give my state attorney general's office a phone call.

Got this call and another 520 call about 1 hours apart. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. The other number that called was 520-751-3680. Not sure why I got hit twice!
