I received a call from this number stating they were from the National Tax Service. They told me they were****ociated with the number on the back of my ctedit card and could get me a credit with a zero balance and then transfer my credit cards to the new card. They would charge me $699 on one of the cards that I was transferring my balance to. I did teceive the card but when I tried calling them after I received the card, the number didn't exist.
