“Hi this is Comcast Xfinity we have processed the cancellation of your 50% discount on your monthly bill due to no response if this wasn't your intention you must call us back at the number on your caller ID immediately otherwise your bill will return to the full rate thank you…”

The message left said so****ing about some case that was in their legal department and required my immediate attention, but didn’t leave any details or contact information.

Said I needed to call another number for legal documents. I said this is a scam and she said I was non compliant and screaming and yelling.. I told her people are not contacted over phone to be served. There are no cases at all.

This is an urgent message intended for (my name spelled wrong) regarding a case 24-61748. Telling me I could be sued for so****ing but it doesn’t say what or which law firm they work with just a very generic message.
