I got the same message. I think it is a scam.

They text messaged my cell phone.

Text message at 4:14 am saying Security notice. For more details. Please contact our secure phone line at ******5620.

Received text message at 4am, wanting charge card number and pin. Called when I got up because I thought it was real. Just so happens I misplaced my wallet this weekend. My wife stopped me from giving them all of the information the recording asked for.
