Caller leaves a message with a phone number and a reference number indicating that they are going to deliver documents you MUST sign and call multiple numbers attempting to contact you. However, the number is repeatedly busy when you attempt to call and the search reveals NO owner of the phone number or pertinent details. Highly suspected as spam!!

This number was given from computer generated voice talking about S.S. # being investigated. Watch for this!! Apparently number belongs to a Robert Casey Speer. Caller said this was S.S. #. Flagrant Phishing Scam!!!

Called me today and a left a message about needing to talk to me about my social security number.

P.Z. The caller says they are charges against me for drugs, and other things, I did not provide them with my real name neither my social.

Says .... “Your Social Security number _⁠_ a federal crime investigation department we need to talk to you at soon as possible again this call is from Social Security administration number to reach department is 530-287-2786 I repeat 530-287-2786 thank you…” Not today Satan.

Joan I believe they are trying to get SS #s. A comp. Voice says your being investagated for fraud in conjunction with ss#. An attorney would contact in that case. Still let them tell u your Ss# never give it out

Claims to be a company named "Baker McKanez", refused to spell it and then refused to give me any further information about the company!

He'll say he's from Oakville Law firm and threaten you with jailtime and call you a criminal.  He did this to me, he said I had a case against me, but would never say who the creditor was. Finally I got it out of him and it was a pay day loan I had filed under bankruptcy 2 years ago.  I complained with the federal trade commission.

i got the same call yesterday.. same man everything.. so first i'm really thinking i must not have paid something and i'm really thinking.. but i'm like, i've never heard of that company so i called the one bill i know i'm behind on asking them if they had a 3rd party contact me or if they're suing me.. they said no, so i didn't worry about it.. today they called again and left a msg on my work phone! that freaked me out.. i listened to the msg but didn't call back.. so then he calls my cell again.. i answered and he proceeded to threaten again and so i just interrupted him and told him i would appreciate him not to call me anymore but to deal w/ my lawyer directly.. after i told him my lawyer's name, he didn't even wait for his number, he just hung up.. really? what a fraud.. that just ****ed me off even more.. i really hope no one's really paying these idiots.. and this post was over a year ago so these people have been in the game for awhile now..

Received text message at 4am, wanting charge card number and pin. Called when I got up because I thought it was real. Just so happens I misplaced my wallet this weekend. My wife stopped me from giving them all of the information the recording asked for.

I got three calls.  Two at home and one at work.  The caller states that I will be in serious legal trouble if me or my attorney doesn't call.  This is a SCAM!  The same exact message word for word was left on my voicemail.  This number has complaints posted all over the internet.

Stated was a lawfirm telling me that I was going to court regarding fraud charges if I didn't pay over $5,000.

Yes, I got the same thing.  This person was Ron Johnson and he left a voicemail for Connie Corner and said that if I didn't call him back, all he could do is wish the best of luck to me and my children, which I don't have any.  If he calls back, I'll give him a run for his money.

I got the same thing.......first it was Charlie Johnson and then Eric Johnson by the end of the conversation.  I knew something was up so I pretended it wasn't me and took a message.  They stated they were from Federal Legislation Department of Justice.  Then I called the number back and they said they were Financaial Accountability Association.  When I started questioning where they were calling from, he refused to answer. Definately report it..........This is not the first time it's happened to me !!

I just received a call from a guy that claimed to be Eric Johnson and Neal Johnson. He claimed to be with the Supreme Court Fed. Leglation in LA. He told me that I had received money in April from a Cash connect company and that if I didn't send him 645.45 in 30 minutes that he was going to send the State Police to get me and have me arrested as well as 2 references that he had. The scarry pary is that he has my SS#, Bank information, and everything about me. I put in this number and pulled some infor on this number. I have contacted my attorney and my bank, I have closed out my account and re  opened another account as well as my attorney is going to call these guys in the morning. Hey guys don't stop here. You are being scammed and I will take this all the way. He called the wrong person this time.

I got a message at work, that appeared to be a pre-recorded, fill in the blanks, type of message.  They spoke with an accent, but left the name to contact as "Shawn Joseph", stating that if I didn't respond in a timely manner, then oh pity me.  Someone needs to pull the plug on these half wits.  They had me goin for a minute.

I too received a call at my job from a heavy accented man by the name of David Copper stating he was a senior attorney and that I defaulted on some unsecured loan. The worst thing is that this man had all of my information including my ss# I told him I was reporting him to the attorney general and fed bureau of investigations

I received the same call at my job similar to Yvonne Michelle Allen but the guy I spoke to was suppose to be Neil Johnson. He too a a middle eastern accent. That's what threw me off an american name with an accent. He told me that me and some references would be arrested tomorrow. And told me my bank should contact him.  I told him I will just have to be arrested.

I received the same call and the Man had an accent. I told him they better come arrest me because I will not give him any information or have him send me some paper work stating that I am being brought up on charges. After I spoke to him a few hours later he called. I have 2 voice mails at different times in the day and both are the same voice mails. Which are recording. I am calling the US Attorney General to inquire into this. THIS IS A SCAM........

I google this number and found it is Alleghany CASierra Co.PAC-West Telecom and it is landline

This gentlemen called from a number that appears to be 786-349-6383 but left a call back number 530-287-5003, he said that his name was Alex Rogers but has the same middle eastern accent.

He called me said his name was eric johnson and was going to arrest and I needed a lawyer, I advised him I was recording the and it was being traced by the police he ended the callm

I received calls from Middle Eastern men today advising me of a lawsuit against me for defaulting on a payday loan with Cash Connect.  I have never received a loan through this company and Mr. Ross Murphy says he is a senior attorney.  He advised me I must either appear in California court this Thursday or pay him 745.25 today with a credit or debit card.  Mr. Murphy would not provide any pertinent details such as a case number or legal documentation.  I told him this is untrue and I would appear in court.
