This is a phone number being used on the "WhatApp" App. Person is listed on Face Book as "Chen Chen (Beryl). She claims it is her cell phone. The person acts like a female looking for friendship and romance. Then she s****s trying to get you to invest in Crypto currencies.

Calls come in, then you answer and there is no response, if you **** on long enough being silent some one finally comes on and repeats your name as if they know who you are. When you **** up and try to call the number its always busy, So I feel this scammers who live to make money on phone calls. A big problem in America, that Congress continues to ignore.
