called my home phone claming to be attorney had a heavy forein accent said that had not paid back a pay day loan that i never got ..threating to bring charges aginst me ..this call is coming out of california

Foreign ppl with heavy accent. The guy said his name was Atty: kenneth peterson. When I told him that I know I don't owe anyone he called me a b**** and ***g up on me. Now whenever I call back they **** up on me. These ppl are scammers. Please c****e your banking info!!! If you did owe them they would have to press charges in your state/jurisdiction according to the address you use. I immediately c****ed my account number!! They will not get anything from me!!
