Got a call at work with a guy with thick accent as well, claiming he's an Officer with Dept of law and Investigation.His name appeared on the caller id as Rodriquez Yamil.

He had a very thick accent and said I had all these charges pending a***nst me and if I did not comply that I was going to jail for a payday loan- I had several years ago....Joe Brown

Got this call at work, threatening me with someone coming to arrest me at work, foreign accent. I told him to bring it on, and he ***g up on me

I just called the Anderson Police Department regarding this guy who calls from 530-364-0302.  He claims to be Officer Lopez (with an indian accent) from the "Law Department".  He claims I took a payday loan through CashConnection and that I am being charged with Check Fraud and like two other things. He has my SSN, my bank information, which is really freaking me out. He claims that I will be arrested at my place of employment. Anderson Police Department says that this is not a land line that this is a cell phone, in the Woodland CA area. This is terrorism. If you get calls from this number report it to your local police, file with your Attorney Generals Office.  It is sick that there are people preying on hard working folks like myself.

Some guy with an accent who says he is with the Dept. of Law.  That he has a legal case. Very rude, wants my SSN, says there are three charges a***nst me. Keeps call my place of employment.

I receive multiple calls from this number daily and they don't leave a message.  who is this?

This is a Dish Network calling center.  Call them back and have them remove you from their call list.  It works.

I have received several calls a day from number.  They do not leave a message.
