These people probably bought a name list from the pay day loan people, I had one or two of those types of loans, but have proof that they were all paid.  And they called me at my office.  so if they didn't buy the addresses or phone numbers there is no way they would have got my number, because I work for DOD. "Do" not give out any info to these people, they tried to get me to verify my SNN.this is Plishing Scam.  They need to be reported to the Feds.

They called my work and threatened to have me arrested and file fraud charges for unpaid loan through Insta Cash.

A company called my job this afternoon (United Attorney & Legal Service) saying that I am being sued for fraud. This has so****ing to do with payday loans (which I do not get). They were very rude and threatening which is illegal. The call came from Anderson, California and I live in Alabama. They wanted me to verify my dob and ssn..I didn't and they became even more aggressive. Do not give them any information if they call you. I believe that this is a phishing scam. I have never gotten a payday loan and don't owe anyone.
