calling my cell phone, no idea who this is, spam?

My dog was lost and this person texted me saying they had him, cruel joke or not it was horrible

I posted an ad on craigslist, I got an immediate text from this number wanting to know if the item is still available. Theybthen wanted to send me a code so I can prove that I’m real. I ignored their request and they continued sending texts asking if I got the code, if I was going to send the code, etc.

No name listed. Ignores request to stop calling. Calls at ALL HOURS OF DAY. Tried blocking, they use a different number to call, we are on Do Not Call List reported caller. Did nothing! Disconnecting phone now.

Why did your preliminary find show it found FOUR RECORDS? What's going on here. ?
