This is a pre-recorded message to "check out your website and make sure everything is correct" in order to get me to buy their "eCommerceROI" search engine service.  Evidently they aren't that aware of the power of search engines because upon sear****g this number I determined this guy has been leaking cash for WAY too long.  He's located in Chico and has been selling everything he owns through all kinds of free (or close to free) classified ads.  Sounds like he is desperate to keep afloat and drowning so he decided to jump into prerecorded telemarketing of unlisted cell numbers that are also on the Federal Do Not Call at 7AM on a weekday.  Oops, bad idea dude.  Since you are a local I might post your number in lots of fun places.
