Meaning this person either stole so****ing of mine that my Gmail is connected to, or they somehow were able to hack my phone, or got my info... and I just now was able to find out a name ...

Caller (a male sounding voice) identified himself as Detective Johnson, calling from the Shasta Co Warrants Dept, stating it was urgent that I returned call ASAP in regards to outstanding warrants.

Definitely a scam, do not pay this person money, when I called them on it, they finally accepted they are a fake. I spoke with CHP officer friend to verify whether this was legit or not, they told me it is 100% scam.
