Company is Generational Equity

A so called Sheriff called me from this number and said that I had several charges pending against my social security number.  He said the a police office was coming to my job to take my manager and myself to the courthouse for me to pay a large fine.He also asked me to call this number back if I had any questions and to discuss.  I know this was a scam because it just didn't make sense.  But I called this number and the voicemail was full and you could not leave a message.

Keep receiving calls from this number but the individual refuses to leave a message.  I've received calls from this number numerous times about trying to sell my business even after telling them several times to remove my number from their database.  This person or so called company is probably a scam.  I do not like people cold calling my company or my company's cell phones.

This person, Mark Stephens, calls our business regularly.  Asks for the owner by name. Owner has spoken to him three times that I know of, and told him he is NOT INTERESTED in doing business with him, but Mr. Stephens is undeterred and continues to call. I have been instructed not to answer the phone any more when his name and number show up on caller ID because he can't take "no" for an answer.

Typo Correction:  Caller ID shows "M & R Stephens"

Message, "Hello Jason, this is Mark Stephens, I am interested in "SAYS NAME OF MY COMPANY" and was wondering if we structured the right deal would you be interested in selling your business...call me at ......530- etc."

Message,  Hello Bob, this is Mark Stephens,  I 've been trying to reach you.  I think there is a possibility that we might do business together. I need to speak to your personally.  Call...........

Voice Message "This is Mark Stephens.  I've been trying to reach you.  We might be able to do some business together.  Please call me back"
