This is one of the biggest scammers out there. They say they are with the state chief's of police. I made the mistake once to send them money. Then I found out what they are. If they were truly with the chief's of police they would know NOT TO CALL a phone that is on THE NO CALL LIST, under FEDERAL LAW. As if that makes any difference . SCAM SCAM SCAM
