David Saliba A caller from this number called a client of mine (I'm an attorney.) He represented himself to be Sgt. Fritz and stated that my client had outstanding warrants and that he wanted to resolve them by meeting with him. When my client talked to him, he told him he needed to pay $1800.00 in fines to avoid arrest. Beware of scammers!!!
