Christian Rodriquez This person called asking to speak to a relative that does not own or use my phone number. He said he was handling a notification based on a complaint filed a***nst this relative but he refused to give me any more information. He would not tell me who filed the complaint or what the nature of it is. He asked me to have this relative call him at 844-563-4373 and gave me a file number. This appears to be some kind of scam.

This was an annoying call to a cell phone. Probably a marking call but was a "****-up!"
