Jo They called me and when I answered they never said anything and hung up. Then stop calling if you not going to answer. So I called them back and left the line open until someone answered. When they did I told them that they have the wrong number and the person they are looking for no longer had this number, the man hung up.

Debi They actually had my name and claim to be some financial service. I told them I didn't know who they were and asked them to further identify themselves and why they were calling and they couldn't inform me. I asked them to remove my name from their list or I would file a claim against them. Oddly enough though, I forgot the acronym they used. I think they said HFS. If someone knows the correct name they use, please list it here in the comments.

iPhone They have been calling me two to three times every day for about a week.. They never leave a voicemail and when I answer no one is ever on the other side and the phone call just ends. Very Rude. SPAM

Ya call back, a recording comes on telling you that you were contacted for telemarketing purposes and then "if you want to be removed from the call list, press any digit now." click. Like, ya get a half second to press any digit. SCAMSCUM using the good ol' fear factor (Right Wing affiliated maybe??) to get ya to cough up your hard-earned dollars for their very likely sub-standard stuff. Tase 'em.

I keep getting calls from 540-491-0059 (it's a Roanoke, VA #) and two others: 415-358-0679 (which is a San Francisco, CA #) and 343-671-8937 (which is from Ottawa Canada).They are something about a loan but I can figure out exactly what the guy is saying since he has a hella thick accent. I have tried calling the #'s back but I just get beeps and then the line hangs up. Some people on the this site are saying that the calls are coming an online loan broker called QuickCashLocators.com, but I can't find any evidence of this.Someone help me figure out how to stop the maddness.
