When I picked up the phone, I received a recorded message that indicated that the conversation was going to be recorded. When a human being got on the phone, I terminated the call saying that I had no intention of talking with somebody whose identity I did not know and who had stated that they intended to record the call.

This number is a scammer, appearing like a home owner looking to rent his property out to some unsuspecting person. Is requesting funds to be sent to him via venmo or zelle. DO NOT send this person money. He is able to look up the owner of vacant homes and uses their names as alias'.
