I keep getting called by this phone number (540) 722-1699 and it is a collection company.Navy Federal is the company that is calling and they are calling for a Percy Smith that use to own this cell phone number.I've had this for almost a year now and this is getting ridicules...They keep calling twice a day, but when I call them they can't find my number in the system.

recieved calls previously from this number and got called twice today. I didn't answer and there was no msg left.

i answer the phone and they ****upi call them back they **** up or it says its a non working numberthey call me before 5 am every morning
