a**hole robo call trying to scam with loan

Received ***ually harassing messages from this number until I blocked it.

This number is****ociated with 202-353-1555 That number is a scam.

My wife is texting this number.

I have had this number for 3 years. People have been trying to reach the former user.

This is Poactive Planning Solutions.  Some say it is a scam looking for $695 from you to negotiate lower rates......several recent ones say they are great, but it feels like those may have been put there by Proactive themselves.  One claims to have used Proactive Planning s****ing a year ago, but Proactive claims to be a new federal initiative......less than a year old.....does not jive.
