iTunes camera update scammer

Verizon shows the location as Sperryville, VA. The lady who answered indicated that she is calling to "help me set up Medicare Supplemental insurance coverage" and appeared to have access to personal identifying information (PII) including name and Date of Birth, none of which I verified. She did not tell me which company she was working for.

Threatening court action, pure made-up intimidation

No one there when I answered but I did hear voices.
