First I got a recorded message from 847-391-8250 saying press 1 to reduce my interest rate on my credit card. I pressed one and was immediately connected to a rep, but they were trying to tell me I had a balance of about $3,000 on my credit card and wouldn't even tell me what company they represented. They finally rattled off BOA, Citi, and Chase.....I'm so glad I didn't give them any info. This is a scam!

This is a SCAM! My bank confirmed. First called from 718-526-8740, then same person from 541-200-3337.

Please people, do not fall prey to this! They are asking you to confirm your VISA card number over the phone, so they can give you a confirmation # to get your interest rate reduced. It has to be a scam. Also, these people are VERY aggressive! Just **** up and then don't answer if you don't recognize the number!
