Angie First I got a recorded message from 847-391-8250 saying press 1 to reduce my interest rate on my credit card. I pressed one and was immediately connected to a rep, but they were trying to tell me I had a balance of about $3,000 on my credit card and wouldn't even tell me what company they represented. They finally rattled off BOA, Citi, and Chase.....I'm so glad I didn't give them any info. This is a scam!

they called...left no message. I called the number back it went straight to voicemail announcing that they were a substance abuse hotline. not a substance abuser, never was, and never will be. don't know where they got my number.
