Calling about a "failed delivery" but didn't know the names of anybody

Tajha I received a message at first it said Hey. Then when I asked who it was, they said their looking for a Jen and that their name was Liz. First off I also want everyone to know that I also asked how did you get in contact about my number as two individuals only have it and they went on and said "I just saw you" trying to make me look like a liar.

"This is Sgt Wilson from the Hood River Sheriff. I need to talk to you about some do***entation I received this morning." I called the Sheriffs Department and there is no Sgt Wilson and they said to ignore, it's spam.

Anonymous called me at 4am I did not answer, I then got i text saying, "Hi this is mea and I need to say that your google account has been scammed and we now have your money" I of course did not answer I then received a GIF of a man with a slot gun *****ing money into the air with a ton of money in the background as a greenscreen. I still didn't answer. I then got an email the next morning at 6am saying my daughters google account was hacked, and then it was recovered. my daughter 9 and has no accesses to her google account as its backed up to mine. its happened 4 times now and she's logged out and cannot get back in. I came onto here to look the number up and NO info was provided for this phone number...
