I got a similar call same number, and when i returned the call i got a message that it was disconnected.  I then called the Lane county DA's office, they told me that i needed to report this to someone at the state level.  So i called her and left a message. No response yet, I was curious so looked the number up on the computer, its a land tele line registered to a Robert W Pugh, provides his address and everything.  He called a***n and asked, "are you one of those power guys", whatever that means.  I contacted the Attourney generals office, they said it sounded very su****ious.  I question even the previous posters comment that its a DHS number.  I would really suggest you all not give this person any personal information.  Another point there is actually no State of Oregon DA, there's are each county agencies.  At the state level its the Attourney Generals Office.  And how can this person make calls from a number thats been disconnected.
