Anonymous This person with the name Emily texted me and was asking a lot of questions . It might be a scammer fishing out information.

They said I had a pending parcel to be delivered.

I identified this number as PRC Collections, they are based out of Durham North Carolina. Looks like it may be a forwarding service as the number provided on my caller ID was an Oregon based land line and I live in oregon so kind made sense on that front. I used a free android app called phone reveal, and it pulled it right up first time within seconds.

They didn't say anything

Been receiving messages from that number representing the personna of a military person.
