None known Caller trying to collect fees for a failed cancellation of a “free trial”. Refuses to send a bill to mailing address listed, insists on using emails. Caller refused to put her boss on to resolve(close the account)the problem. Caller obviously doesn’t listen to their “clients”. This incident was also reported to the FTC fraud department today. Thank you.
