Got the "Thx 4 visiting our site!" text this afternoon. Had just put my phone number into a Home Warranty website to try to register an account, but I don't think it's related since I've been to that site before & never had problems. Seems these guys are just picking random numbers. I have Verizon, not Sprint--someone on one of the other "who's number is that??" websites suggested that Sprint could be at fault because they use an outside contractor for automatically sending messages from cell to land lines (if you accidentally try to text a landline). He theorized that the contracting company was taking the phone numbers & selling them to these spammers, but like I said, I have Verizon so I don't think that's how they got my number. I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry just to make a record of it. Everyone should do the same!

got the same text on my phone "ths for visiting out site, call this number for your free $20 walmart and $50 gas gift cards.  It's Total BS, they are fishing for your personal information.  DON"T CALL or reply.

just got this text:"Thx 4 visiting our site, call 1-800-704-6317 to claim your FREE $20 Wal-Mart Card plus $50 Gas Card, Gift Code RRV200"never visited any site....

Second call from this ?w***ver today. only sent web address but I wouldn't go there. I never heard of them. Deleted message!

there texting me one of them had a phone number so i called it to ask how they got my number they wanted to give me a 200.00 target gift card but wanted me to pay  with my debit card or credit card she tried every way to convince me but im not ****** like i told her
