They say you have 24 hours to take care of tax debt before "local cops" come and lock you up. Cannot imagine anyone falling for this pesky call, but it is constant and it is annoying.

Call you 4 tomes saying they are the IRS and they will lockyou up

Left message saying i should call back within next 24 working hours or they will have local cops take me in to custody for serious allegations. If I don't call back they will take legal action a***nst me. Blah Blah Blah

They claim they are the IRS and you have warrants. This is an iden***y theft scam.

Male representing IRS claims 4 serious allegations a***nst me and to call them back to avoid being arrested by local cops. I called back and a male answered that he was IRS and how could he****ist me- I didn't say a word. Could hear dozens of foreign voices talking in background. I listened and not said a work and he ***g up 50 seconds later.
