Sent a message with my name stating..."_______________ encountered a slight problemo with your package and I'm unable to mail it out"...I sent a text back asking who is this, and got no response, so I blocked the number! Looked the number up online and it says it's a landline, so that tells me it's not legit.

It's a Verizon "nag-o-matic" Probably done by a 3rd party nagging service and not directly thru Verizon (since the number is on a different carrier). Don't call them back, just pay your bill like normal. IT Guy 551-226-6045 from NJ - I received a call from the same group. Caller with an accent identified himself as being from Microsoft, and there are serious issues with my computer. I'm in IT support with a major world-wide electronics manufacturer with a rather large IT support staff. There's no way in heck that some guy from Microsoft is going to call me directly for desktop support. Sensing the scam, I decided to play along with him for a few minutes. Every question he had for me, I had 3 questions back for him. After 15 minutes of wasting his time and sensing his frustration, I figured my job was just about done. I kindly told him what I thought of his mother and sister and ***g up. Yes, that was rather rude. My mother wouldn't have been proud of me. My ***her, he'd still be laughing.

The number 551-226-5397 call the home and pick up the voicemail and ask for my mother. The caller is a female with an accent, but never leave a number or place.
