Text message that made no since

keeps calling - no message

Recieved a call from this number identifying themselves as someone calling from the benefits. Asking for name and address which is quite su****ious. Please be careful. I'm still not sure whether it was a legitimate call. Tried calling back the number and it doesn't look right.
