Who are you

This a phone # that is sending unwanted texts that needs to have owner found to turn in to police. don't reply to this #.

So far the texts have not asked for anything. He has only asked if he could come and visited me sometime. Then he asked for my cell phone number. When he called me the reception was awful. I got a very uneasy feeling about this person. He was also wanting to get me into a serious relationship within 2 days.

Possibly of fraud
