Linda Called me 15 to 20 times a day never left a message finally got tired of it blocked call. Now phone rings once and that is it. Sooner or later the calls will stop.

Likely an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR to a larger COLLECTIONS COMPANY, and this likely independent contractor seems to be based out of Fowler, California, and ties his or her or their phone system to the larger collection company's automated phone system.B.C.R.  -- could stand for "Bureau of Collections Recovery, Inc."Rude caller named "Eric".  He refused to identify what his business was.  He ***g up when I asked.  I had caller I.D.   I called back to (559) 316-4081.  The call was answered by an automated system, which states: "Thank you for calling BCR (or VCR ??).  Then at the end of said message, it states:  "Please leave your message after the tone."  I ***g up.
