He's trying to extort money for a scam
They say it's a cell number from Illinois
This person claims to have won $750 million Powerball and to be giving away money. He is phishing for account information while saying he will put money in your account to cover "clearance" fees. He never does. He wants you to open new bank accounts. He has a What's App number that he claims is his business number, but he just wants an excuse for it to be a Nigerian number. He claims to be in the United States but he is in Nigeria.
Received a text from this number. was not happy that someone would perhaps maybe hacked into my account (personal information) noted. If anyone gets a message from this number, report to the FTC.
