This number belongs to someone I met at the doctors office. His name is Tyrone, he's in his 50's and stated he has been in prison. He lives in Visalia California and gets medical and psychiatric at Kaweah Delta Exeter Clinic and their Bio-behavi**** Health Clinic in Exeter California. I don't trust anyone I can't find any information on by their phone number. Especially if no name and no other information is able to be found. It is very peculiar not even to find a name for someone, the carrier of their cell phone number etc.
