"Hi Mr. <***>This is Dave Sileen, please return the call to 561-827-4804"    It appears that he is contacting attorneys and law firms.  Pretends to be Securities Company.  Solicits your personal or banking info. Recommend that you do not call back.  Caller ID idicates 561-721-3302

called, left a very strange voicemail which i could not understand, it sounded like background of other people talking, and left no direct message.  needless to say i'm not calling them back.

Got the same call.  Hi this is Dave Sileen from MSN, please return the call to 561-827-4804.  Caller ID indicated 561-471-3283.  The very fact that he did not say what the call was regarding, is enough for me to ignore him.

My Wife got a call from 561-471-3283, he asked for me; when she politely asked to take message, he ***g up.She found his conversation rude.
