This "person ("Mark S Nichols"/company," ("D.O.A. Properties, LLC") has a "property available sign" with the telephone number 561-471-4703, which apparently has been DISCONNECTED, across the STREET from JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, FL!!! (D.O.A. -- acronym for DEAD ON ARRIVAL!!!!!!!!!). I NEED this company investigated for possible fraud attempting to be perpetrated regarding ownership of the property upon which the sign is placed.
