My mom has been trying to sale a time share. A company identified as Southwinds Equity called her and offered her double what the time share is worth. They want her to pay a $3,000 fee upfront to finalize the sale. I have tried to find them online...nothing is coming up. Is this a scam?

Got a call from this number on my cell, but they did not leave a message. Been getting a lot of these.
