I don’t recognize this number

The SOB calls, but leaves no message!

My mother, who is elderly and in poor health, received several calls from this number.  The caller claimed to be with National Health, I believe, and offered my mother deals on diabetes testing *****s, etc.  She persuaded my mother to give her some identifying information that my mother should not have given out.  We are not sure whether this is a legitimate business or an attempt at iden***y theft.  No one answers when we call the number.
