361-488-0297 is also****ociated with 561-867-4748. Sent 4 healthcare insurance solicitation texts similar to the below. All texts called me by an incorrect name, "Winter", and all texts indicated the sender's name was Kelly: Hi, Winter! Kelly here, I am a state Health Advisor. I'm cat****g up on files that remain open with the state and it's showing your name and number. Did you ever find a health insurance policy? My job allows me access to all plans (both on the public and private market), so I can send you quotes if you'd like.

This is a spam number. The scammer says that you owe money from a past debt. Pay him lesser percentage now , he will clear your record. All a scam
