I got call 10:30 am. Did not answer. Called back and recording said number had been disconnected. Whatever happened to no call list?

I picked up the phone and no one answered at first. After a few moments someone finally said*****o and asked for me by name. I said this is he and she introduced herself as Nikita from National Home Builders such and such. I cut her off to let her know that it was a***nst the law for her business to call me since I am on the national do not call registry and I have no prior relationship to her company. When she told me I "better call homeland security" I told her maybe I would and ***g up.
