Anonymous I received a text from [email protected] stating this phone number could be used on whats app to get in contact with said person regarding work.

From Whatsapp It is a scammer with the name Eden Monique Francart.

This number has been contacting my 80 year old neighbor. The person at this number is claiming to be from San Jose and is undercover terrorism task force. This person is also proclaiming there love for my neighbor and is coming to see them.
