Caller ID shows Capitol Consume. It is a robobdial & I have tried (have health issues) answering several times & never get switched to a person. Trying calling back & after many rings, say there are no representatives available to take my call. Ok, blocked....

Granny K Same person has called me the last 4 days. On Do Not Call List. When I asked if they were located in Tulsa OK, she said she could not give that information out. I think this is an interactive recorded call. Based on the questions I ask, there is a pause, then a canned answer or just a repeat of what has already been said. Why can't the FCC stop this.
