James This is from telemarketing agency hired to sell service for Paradise Construction Company. They pretend to know someone in the household. Your phone number was probably sold from an angry and crooked repair company that came to your house and didn't get the job after doing a free inspection. If you ever need to deal with another inspection, get a burn phone(disposable phone) and use that for them. Some small companies sell your contact info for revenge and money.
