Collection agency named ERC (Enhanced Resource Center) attempting to collect old AT&T debts. Here's one advice from a posting on CreditKarma: "They regularly try to call using area codes you might be familiar with to throw you off. Another rule of thumb is if someone calls YOU but asks for YOUR name, **** up immediately. There is not a thing in the world that requires you to identify yourself as the recipient of the call."
