Just received a call from this number. ***ody was on the other end of the line even though I repeated myself a couple of times. I called the number back and it is just busy. I agree that it is a scammer line.

I received a telephone call from this number informing me they were from Card Services and they were dropping my interest rate on my credit card to 6%. They asked for my expiration date on my card to prove that I still had possession of it. I told him I was going to call my bank directly and ask them about this offer. He said, "Fine do whatever you want" and ***g up.

They offered me a credit card offer (lower interest rate) that sounded VERY fishy. I called the guy on it and said it sounded like a scam. He got very angry at me and said "We are not a scam. Fine, keep your high interest rate." and then ***g up on me. Definitely a scam. He claimed to work for Bank of America, Chase, and Citigroup. You can't work for all three at the same time. He was just trying to cover his bases and play the odds. Also, it sounded like an India call center. Be warned, do not give out any information to these people!
